I think the big difference here is that the new CFO has a lot of skin in the game, aka money invested (not just stock handed to him). That is the biggest motivator ever. As for me I am really exited about this new turn of events and believe we shall see some really good things.

As far as todays market reaction it is only a matter of time that this news is digested, people do their DD and we see the price start to reflect this companies potential.
