You can say that again. He got about 10% ownership in CTIX plus a piece of the K royalties.
Just WOW.
He had to have had an incredibly strong position to get that in a settlement.

Assuming the KARD restructuring last year was/is somehow related to this. Hope there are no more shoes left to drop.
