The Aug 28 meeting was only to approve the reverse split by taking a vote. It was voted positively and the reverse split will happen any time between now and Dec.

The ratio of the split will be anyone of 1:40, 1:50 or 1:60 but the timing will be decided by the management. Must waiting for some exchange approvals.

This information is from someone who attended the meeting on the 28th.
