Some sites have more news than others. But what was that news item recently for TWDL where there was I guess what could be called a private placement. 7 million shares at .0010!!!! The bids and the asks at that time were around .0030-.0035!!! Serious dilution of share price! And why the heck are you doing a private placement for only $20,000?
