I'm not sure what will either but I can tell you that we were in a similar situation Jan/Feb of this year in which no PR of company progress seemed to matter. Back then we were in the 0012.0018 range...I am hopeful that we'll see a similar uptrend here for one reason or another.

One thing that may move it is when investors are assured that the A/S increase is for the stated purpose and not for securing credit. That assurance may come with the celeb endorsement or immediately after.
