"If we don't see some significant volume here or get news, the run is over. This is a surprise to me as it's usually a week or two run. Typically the volume remains high 500m plus shares traded daily even if the prices changes. We aren't seeing enough volume on this. What do you guys think?"

Real MCET "runs" typically last a few hours. the one a few months ago that occurred for absolutely no reason did last a few days. i think if there is a PR it takes a few hours for people to figure out it's fluff. If there is no reason for the run people think that "somebody knows something' and it lasts longer. Most of the time it's just trading back and forth between MMs.
