just spoke to the TA....

FLOAT STILL GAGGED FOR SOME REASON. IF WE SEE MORE T TRADES THIS AFTERNOON YOU CAN PRETTY MUCH ASSUME ITS RESTRICTED SHARES HITTING THE MARKET INCREASING THE FLOAT. SEEMS THE CEOS ARE PAYING THEMSELVES BEFORE THE MERGER IS COMPLETE????
