So the question raised is why don't telvue management buy their own stock? Some would say if they did that would constitute insider trading, that's bull. Some might say there is a standing order not to. Show proof of that please. Even stock options which have nothing to do with insider trading does not happen. Options have been made available yet while they were a current reporting entity no stock options were exercised. MMMMM wonder why? This company is not for the shareholder, the shareholder is a second thought. Soon the shareholder will go away, if successful this company will go private IMO. Reason being, the shareholder does not give any value to the Company, the shareholder actually costs the company money in notifications, shareholders meetings, mailings, proxies.

For who does or does not get preferred dividends. Take a look for yourself at PR's from the CFO and compare to ETCC. It's all in black and white.

Can't wait until Thursday.
