I also looked closely at the legal notes and was NOT surprised to see nothing of the SEC investigation. I am not convinced that the SEC "was going after SEVU". There was an obvious investigation that involved some people and the company, but do we know the intent of the investigation? If things were as bad as Anthony and Ken say, wouldn't SEVU be de-listed by now. Wouldn't the SEC be shouting its praises of defeating another scam?
