Was tracking down posts of others... and OOIL (or one that I looked at) did something on filtering the fracking water making it suitable for agriculture irrigation ...

Seems like GasFrac would be ideal already for NE like PA... In Texas why bother until they become more strict. But its like depending on legislation for company success (banning frac fluids in laws recently tried, i.e.)
