this was the dilution we needed to happen to clear out that nasty ASC convertible debt... because they were issued shares to sell in the open market, the float is probably very close to the total outstanding share count which is probably now about 250M-300M, but we should see the PPS churn upward now although will be lots of flipping with all these new shares entering the float at .0012-.0018
