When the vast majority of shareholders are down 50% or more, this tends to be how a stock trades. Basically, there just isn't anyone left to buy the stock. TRTC needs a LOT of new market participants before we could expect any substantial move.

Day/swing traders and shorts run this show. No one else is interested in a stock that shows all the signs and symptoms of a pump and dump.

Good news will do nothing but create a move into which there will be vast selling pressure; upside is therefore minimalized. Hence the general lack of interest. Folks don't like buying bagholder stocks...they just don't move.
