Why would Digifonica sell patents that could be worth Billions, to VPLM for basically 500,000,000 shares of worthless stock from a company that has never done anything. The patents were all but done by the time the acquisition was completed in 7/13.

There seems to be 2 Digifonicas. The first Digifonica International Inc.

Which has Malak and Sawyer listed on the board, still operating under the name Dynamic Oil and Gas Exploration.

And Digifonica International Limited Gibraltar that the patents are assigned to, Which operates as a subsidiary of VPLM.

My concern is who ultimately controls these patents. I'd like to see the sale agreement with VPLM and Digifonica Gibraltar. Why aren't the patents assigned to VPLM, they were issued after sale and even the ones before could have the assignee changed. Right? Anyway, Seems strange. All in my opinion.
