Collectives and Cooperatives must be non-profit entities.

So as a for-profit company Emerald is not allowed to:

a) Operate a location for cultivation
b) Transport the group’s medical marijuana

or

c) Operate a location for distribution to members of the collective or cooperative

It's against the law, period.
