[[ My Interview of President Robert Wodarczyk 08/31 ]]

As promised I was able to meet with Mr.Wodarczyk at a Marina in order to have this interview. These questions are a collection of the most frequently asked on this board as well as specific ones asked by members of the community. There's a lot to digest!

OTCBULL: Many investors have been excited about this interview, they are excited to learn more about the new president of Dig-it Underground Inc. and they have a few questions I hope you can answer for them.

Mr.Wodarczyk: My pleasure, thank you for having me.

OTCBULL: What field of the cannabis industry are you pursuing or planning on pursuing? ie Growing, distributing, promoting, social awareness, political lobbying, etc…

Mr.Wodarczyk: I’d like to think all areas but the reality is: we can’t be everywhere so we have picked a specific sector of the cannabis industry and we’re looking forward to letting everyone know what we’re about to accomplish.

OTCBULL: So is it safe to ask, is Dig-It underground planning on a merger, jv, acquisition or a sole venture?

Mr.Wodarczyk: The doors are wide open because all of those would be adventageous to us in entering that sector.

OTCBULL: Okay, so there is a lot that you cannot reveal to us now but based on what has been revealed to us, for example DIGX working with Cannabeez, what can you tell us about the plan with Cannabeez? Can we get any details of this venture?

Mr.Wodarczyk: Cannabeez has opened the doors to the whole industry. We can’t be everywhere but we’re working on a specific sector which we hope to let everyone know about shortly.

OTCBULL: So there are a few share holders are wondering Is there any hope of uplisting on the OTC Market to attract more investors?

Mr.Wodarczyk: I hate to just speculate on how far things go. I’m just going to say this: We’re excited!

OTCBULL: Excellent, that does indeed sound exciting. Now I have a question to you regarding the vice president of Dig-It Underground Inc., Mr.Morado. Are any of Mr.Morados’ other interests associated with DIGX in any way?

Mr.Wodarczyk: He has brought a lot to the company and he continues to bring a lot to this company we expect to expand on his relationships in the short term.

OTCBULL: Oh wow, now that sound exciting indeed!

Mr.Wodarczyk: Oh it’s big!

* both laugh *

OTCBULL: Sounds good to me, now bringing up the recent change in management, what is the reason Mr.Tahir left his position as President of DIGX? Was he brought on as a temporary consultant for his previous financial experience?

Mr.Wodarczyk: He does have a lot of experience in the investment community and he did give us several great introductions. He had other interests which he was looking to pursue, so we wish him great luck and thank him for all of the help that he gave us.

OTCBULL: Awesome, so since you own Massage Works does this mean that Massage Works is a part of DIGX?

Mr.Wodarczyk: Absolutely! As well as Split Endings salon in Cedar Hill, [TX].

OTCBULL: Now with that said, are you all planning to expand in the salon and/or massage business through expansion to newer locations any time soon?

Mr.Wodarczyk: That option is always open and the opportunities are there. We’re trying to find the best opportunities to create shareholder value.

OTCBULL: Sounds good to me. Is DIGX planning to acquire another business or have you all been approached for an acqusition? Can you tell us that?

Mr.Wodarczyk: I don’t mean to sound repetitive but I can’t say anything that isn’t already public at this point, but you know we’re looking into the Cannabis industry. So we are very excited to what is coming up.

OTCBULL: That brings me to my next question, a lot of investors are asking if you can re-release the last couple of press releases via Investorshub so that other investors can catch wind of the great things DIGX is doing?

Mr.Wodarczyk: I would love to give a news release that hit all areas of the market but two things: We couldn’t afford to do that and we’re not experts on that, we’re trying to concentrate on our growing own business.

OTCBULL: After a period of silence what can you tell shareholders regarding the line of communication between the company and them?

Mr.Wodarczyk: Please repeat.

OTCBULL: After a period of silence what can you tell shareholders regarding the line of communication between the company and them?

Mr.Wodarczyk: We will always make news available as it becomes available and we are working hard.

OTCBULL: Any idea what shareholders can expect for the rest of 2014, going into 2015?

Mr.Wodarczyk: We anticipate continued growth and some very good news.

OTCBULL: Does that mean record financials due to the addition of Massage Works to the DIGX and the Cannabeez deal?

Mr.Wodarczyk: We would hope so, that remains to be seen. We are working in that direction.

OTCBULL: In your press release August 19th, you stated that “there have been several productive meetings and discussions with various companies involved in the Cannabis industry”. Is there any more details you can reveal about the companies mentioned here?

Mr.Wodarczyk: I’ve probably said too much already!

*Laughs*

OTCBULL: Well Mr.Wodarczyk thank you for your time. I thank you for taking the time out and talking with me to update the shareholders of DIGX. We are excited for the future and cannot wait to hear more from DIGX and hope to have a clear line of communication from this point on.

Mr.Wodarczyk: I would like to add that I wish we had time to answer every investor question but It is not humanly possible.
