In every deal that I have been part of, the larger company is the one paying the bills (naturally). It doesn't mean they are sold... just interested enough to pony up the money and sign the deal.

Again... potential, nothing certain on the bottom line at all!

Wall Street looks to the bottom line... no financial terms have been disclosed. Why?

If COO saw this as lock, they would have bought EPGL, IMHO!
