RE: VTXB
In my opinion VTXB presents a very compelling opportunity going forward. The company was the subject of a consummated reverse merger in June. Almost immediately upon the aforementioned transaction VTXB issued a press release whereupon they highlighted their securing of a traditional bank loan, non-dilutive, based upon a legitimate business plan, (how refreshing is that in OTC land?), in the amount of $500,000. The purpose of this loan was to establish a line of credit to be utilized, as necessary, to further the company's development. The share structure is extremely low, 48 million in the float and the prospects are high as the company secured distribution rights to market, develop and sell the Vortex Brand of tennis gear, apparel and accessories. With most of the public float held it will not take much to see dramatic gains in this equity. Optimism has been growing recently as many traders/investors, like myself, are anticipating the filing of the company's Form 10. It is further believed that upon the official filing of this form, the company will begin to consistently release some of the business deals they have been working on. One such deal, we believe, is the signing of a celebrity ATP player, which we again believe, is why the company wanted the $500,000 business loan to begin with. Combine that endorsement with a couple of consummated business transactions, with an extremely low share structure, and you certainly have the potential for massive, warranted and sustainable gains.
VTXB requires a modicum of patience as the exact timing of this filing is not known, for obvious reasons, but nonetheless we feel is at hand.
