technically you are correct. however, in practice the share price tends (like almost all the time)to drop rapidly. for illustration, lets say the share price is .001 at the time of a 1:10 r/s. True, the price opens the next day @ .01. o/s drops from 5 million to 500 million. unfortunately the share price, again, tends to retreat towards the .001 quickly. in mngg's case, a big factor I haven't seen much comment about is how can the price move up much from here with an estimated 5 billion shares o/s and projected revenue of 32 million ore less from the congress site. That's revenue not earnings. And while I haven't seen estimate from the other mine, I think it is probably on par with congress. That is not much income for so many shares....
