What's the reasoning for ANYONE to believe SKTO (and AEGY) are anything but share-selling schemes?
The last links are walking away.
My bet is that with Hoye on the SKTO board, Apel wanted to distance himself from the mess, knowing that Hoye is now going to go right down with Benz and crew. If there were anything to give Apel something from any merger, he wouldn't have left.
There is nothing left. It's over.
