Like I have been saying all along. Most of the toxic convertibles in ILIV if not all of them are owned by the same group.

Ben Kaplan is Robert Grinberg's partner and Grinberg is the Managing Principle of Taconic Group.

Grinberg is also partners with Goldin in Rakj Holdings. They split them up like that so they can covert more shares without going over the % limit to maintain non affiliate status
