Here are copies of emails that were exchanged between SDE CEO Shmuel Ovadia and myself. I emailed him yesterday and received one back very early this morning. Please forgive any typos I may have had in the email I sent him.

Dear Mr. Ovadia,
Baruk HaShem Adonai (To the BBRD board members, This is Hebrew for 'Blessed Be YHWH The Almighty One'. I added this part (my explanation I just wrote) so that you all knew what it meant.)
Hello, sir, I am writing in regards to the merger of the two companies/entities BBRD and SDE/WERPO. I am a shareholder who has become very concerned about the lack of communication between BBRD/SDE and its shareholders. Many of us are starting to believe this is not a legitimate business deal and are starting to think we are purposely being drug/led along. I know some are already writing up complaints to send to the SEC. Personally I pray that it does not have to go that far.
As a concerned shareholder, I'd like to suggest to you that a PR/Press Release is much needed and that one would be greatly appreciated sometime soon in the very near future. I have tried SEVERAL/MANY times to contact BBRD CEO John Pedder. He has never returned any of my calls and he shows a very great deal of lack of management and business ability and/or skills needed in an industry such as this.
I hope to hear from you soon, and hopefully you will have an answer for me.

Thank you for your interest.
Your worry is not necessary however, a press release will be issued as soon as possible. The delays are due to a conglomeration of reasons that are part and parcel of the normative procedures that are necessary in order to properly complete a reverse merger.
