NTEK is trading in the 5's because:

1) fins have not been audited yet and we are all waiting to see if 2014 fins will be
2) NP-1 has not reached brick & mortar retailers and we are all patiently waiting for this
3) Ultraflix has not officially launched as a general internet accessible VOD service.
4) Animal testing in Canada has been stalled.

Wrong concerning the red highlighted part. Everyone knows that ntek has been 'bringing 4K to the consumer' since Jan 2013 at least. It's on every single PR first paragraph without fail since Jan 2013. Does this mean d.f. and ntek have lied all this time and still continue to do so? Basing on number 3 above it certainly looks that way.
