Yes Kush Creames did promise an update in August and they did not. You are correct. Does that mean the project is dead? Not until confirmed. Is this the first time any company promised an update by a certain date? No I am sure billions of times companies have failed to update as promised. Could it be that the deal is dead? Maybe yes maybe no. When either company provides the details the truth will be known versus speculating. I believe that we will all know in the near future

Yes Kush Creames published a photo of a 5 Hour Energy bottle being stuffed with some type of "green" product and has removed the photo. Maybe it was due to their attorney advising them to as it was a product from another company or they could have received a letter from the company whose product was in the photo and told to remove the photo or be liable to a lawsuit. Could either reason be a plausible? Best to call the company direct and ask them versus speculation. They would be in the best position to answer that question.
