Dilution is not beneficial but it is important perhaps to discuss it so newbies understand the realistic effects it has upon shareholder value.

Longs of NBRI, however, need not be reminded daily about the effects of dilution. Nothing really to discuss for them. IMO

I agree with this Lemon but the board needs the reminder of it. The board is made of newbies and longs. The longs want their PPS to recover. They want their losses back. They can not get it if the newbies are not buying.

So a newbie comes here and since we are not "rubbing their noses in it" the talk of dilution is not here.
So the only thing the newbie sees is how we are going to have plate size nuggets and a $2.50PPS tomorrow because our "highly experienced" CEO is going to be mining "tomorrow".

Newbies buy long make the flip and get a small profit or finally get to exit.

This is why any factual post on the fundamental problems that conversions create is met by a swarm of "soon" posts.

My glass is not half full or half empty. NBRIs glass is the empty one. It is 9/10 empty and I may be the one to point it out but it isn't my glass at all.
NBRI is the ONLY glass around. It IS pretty empty. If you point that out you are not trying to hurt anyone. If you cover it up are you?
