And I'm surprised that none of the former Wamu holders haven't mentioned rule 2019 to counter Joe Stocks posts. From what I've read the situation is different with Lehman because I believe the debtors were requesting Rule 2019 confidentiality and Judge Peck had some words several years ago about it. If anyone wants to dig through a long read, here's a link:
