When they finally paid the dividend at the last minute and for the first time they listed it as being paid in RESTRICTED SHARES. The reason it was paid in RESTRICTED SHARES is because they have never produced any revenue only loses. YOU HAVE TO HAVE REVENUE TO GIVE CASH DIVIDEND.

Each time this company runs the course of one SCAM they change the name, ticker and business model.

All one has to do is legitimate research not following PR's or talking points and you will find the scam.

Play it as a scam and don't get caught being the bag holder, there are many bag holders here trying to make money on YOU!
