MMRF's "million dollar" insurance policy

I'd look very closely at the terms of that policy (MMRF does make that available to customers and shareholders, right????)

It is doubtful that "million dollar" policy would cover any significant data breach. In other words, doubtful that 1000 victims EACH would have access to $1 million in protection. Imagine a Target sized data breach. No way this policy or this insurer covers that much.

Deceptive PR's

On page 16 of the Fairway disclosure Note H

They disclosed they paid $2.8 million to the CEO, Thorson, in 2011 and $1.9 million in 2010

Total premiums written in 2011 was $10.9 million and 2010 $8.6 million

Basically more than 25% of all the money this company takes in goes to 1 guy.
