End of this month is right here and Chaaban has done it again, posting misleading information onto Facebook page without a single word of verifying info in the article.

Saying you "expect" something is not the equivalent of stating WHEN it is to be expected. Thats not, as you stated, "misleading information." To "expect" something is to suppose it will likely happen without definitive knowledge (in this case, the actual date of approval and grant)

he has confidence it will be issued based on what was discussed during the pre license inspection.
