I don't know much about this stuff but if it was insider buying then they would have to have the money. This company doesn't look like it's doing that great to gamble with that much but who knows. I guess they could have used all of the money they have as a last ditch effort and hope the stock goes up then sell their shares but I don't think this is that likely. But what do I know. I could be completely off.
