Thanks for the advice. I am coming off MAJOR back surgery (that's when the weight piled on) and I need to strengthen those back muscles as well as tighten up the belly. I have dropped 38 but have another 30 or so to go. Pizza ain't gonna help me do that! I swim at an olympic training center.. got an underwater housing for my mp3 and just jam while splashing. How many laps is a mile? Its sort of like this stock.. I'm sure if I put in the time it will pay off in the long run! LONG RUN! I like the sound of that!
