Krysti, the sentence, which I have provided below in red, was taken from the latest Q-10, and the term partial consideration is stated therein. If one would take that term in a strict sense, it would suggest that Eyetalk365 only has a portion of the global license authority, and some other entity has it's portion. If that's the case, we don't know who has the controlling fraction, but I wouldn't put my money on Eyetalk365. As it appears to me, Eyetalk365 was created for leverage, thus, as a source of working capital (a till, so to speak). Krysti, what's your take on my take?
