My guess all along is M. Son cashing some out (or his controled holdings) for buying BABA IPO (that and could be depressed at possible patent infringments at Sprint and T-mobile (found semi-white knight in French firm wanting T-mobile) but SPEX patent collecting could be the other reason - why else did he aboutface on merging with T-Mobile? Feds always were against him)....
