According to your logic that 300 million is a lot of money, don't you agree that 100 million is a lot also? If yes, what makes you think Leo won't sell the company now for $7 / 3 = $2.33 and walk away with 100 MILLION EACH?

You have repeatedly said that there is nothing we can do if Leo decides to sell for $7 in summer 2015, but you can sell before he does. If CTIX is only a 3-bagger the most in your opinion, why not invest in other stocks with higher potentials?

At $7.00, Leo and Menon would each walk away with approxiamtely 300 MILLION EACH, when all is said and done.

Put yourself in their shoes, walk away with a guaranteed 300 MILLION DOLLARS each or roll the dice.
