Morning everyone,

I just want to clear up a few things before I start my day. Obviously the Lock has not been removed yet so I will keep to my word and begin the secondary process In making everyone whole with shares from our sister company. I will determine the amount of time needed to complete the process and report back to you here this weekend with an accurate time frame.
I will refrain from making any further promises as to when updates will follow because everything is fluid and changes rapidly and many here believe that I am trying to be dishonest in some way which is as far from the truth as possible. I could have walked away here after the lock and moved on to greener pastures. I haven't because I still believe in what we are doing and am doing so for the shareholders who I am partnered with. I understand everyone's frustrations as we have been under this lock for months.
I promise you this we have not sold any stock and are not selling at this time. Im looking to have us trading and operating full bore as soon as humanly possible but I don't have a magic wand to wave and make things happen overnight.
I would not post these things publically here on Facebook if they were not true or in process as I am held accountable. I welcome at any time the SEC or any regulatory agency to review us as we are doing nothing illegal.
With all of this said I will be very busy over the next week or so completing the task at hand but will attempt to answer any question posted.
