TR - You offer excellent advice. Some investors find it "uncomfortable" to call and talk with a CEO. I will follow your good advice. And I agree with your thought about getting a "feel" for the situation--realizing specifics must be kept in confidence.
With my counseling background I should be able to do this, and will, before I make any final decision to sell. I believe it in important to be supportive and respectful of the other person. My objective will be to try and establish a relationship where I can call back in a few weeks to speak again. A call of this nature should always precede a disposal of substantial shares.
