I'm pretty sure the new owner saw value as well. Must have been a reason to invest several million. If there were no potential, why invest?

On another note, it looks like GT will be paying CWRN's legal fees in TX. CWRN keeps all of the equipment, one of which is worth just under $1M. GT gets NOTHING. Ouch!

CA case looks like it will be more of the same. Is GT still using the personal injury lawyer in that case? Too funny. Maybe GT got whiplash in TX...
