Debt does not frighten me. Share structure does not frighten me. As a matter of fact, ERBB has gone to extreme lengths in properly utilizing their available resources, it's fantastic if we think about it. I mean really.

If they truly need to allocate more shares of the currently allotted amount , I say do it.
