I have been to all the major philly joints always expecting the best... in fact even bringing groups of out of towners to the typical places Geno's, Pat's, Jim's... and agree a few unexpected fluids atop my cheesetake do add to the flavor, you have got to be joking that the hot peppers make or break the sandwich... how about the main factors... the role, the american cheese and the finely chopped steak!
