Very very likely. If not. Its very close. If you look at the last 3 months. Avg vol 4.2 mil. Let's say 1 mil was dilution ( that's on the low end ) per day. Now average price of .0025 per say would have eliminated at least 225k. Now most likely they diluted more like 125mil in 3 months. At that price the debt is pretty much 0 with ASC
