Really, the SEC and a few investors are working together to bring Coates down? This is exciting and unprecedented news...

Good thing you "held on to a few shares" for the class action suit. You are a very smart man and now I can see how ignorant I have been.

And you were right, the Chinese are very easy to do business with and most everyone "besides George" have no issues with their business dealings with them. I don't believe that Coates actually ever had any dealings with the Chinese beyond tipping the delivery guy for his chicken and broccoli...

I actually made all that "East / West cultural differences" stuff up just to protect my BFF George. BUT now that the SEC is sending George to Guantanamo Bay; I'm going to cancel the rest of our play dates...
