if its BS talk then prove it wrong. obviously the convertible notes wouldnt get reduced... but maybe im wrong about the preferreds? can you show me where it says in the filings that convertible preferreds are all subject to any potential future split just like commons would be? how do you feel about the 'dividend' being handed out to the series g holders? if the sp drops below the conversion 'floor' price will the 'dividend' be suspended? of course it wont.
