Patentinvestor, I am afraid that you hit the nail on the head. I, mentioned in one of my past postings, this is the lady in charge of the USPO. it is the influence of the DOJ who is playing with this Company there are certain issues around this case. Let's hope and pray there are some decent Judges including Honorable Raymond Jackson who will stand up and tell the court of appeals they were wrong. OMO
