some musings re: the last 18 months' *efforts* specific to PTOI's PPS ..

and why since 2013's K was filed on 6.4.14
the clock/calendar is now working (for the first time ever)
in P2O investors' favor

specific price points PTOI *held* within >> re: a tightly CONtrolled
range b4 each round was *reset* at a lower level

one can literally see each round that is set up to take the PPS *lower*
specific to *volume* undertaken .. you can also go into the
daily detailed quotes to see specific price points *targeted*

imo shaking out PTOI *shares* has been a dismal failure
for reasons 20 minutes of DD done back in May 2010
would have clearly revealed
(PTOI daily detailed quotes also provide *volume* averages
for the last 18 months)

PTOI current averages ...

 Volume (10 day Average)	64,120 
 Volume (90 day Average)	73,858

and from March 18, 2013

 10-Day Average Volume	56,405

to keep it simple .. i'm starting in March 2013 (after dolt's settlement and *orchestration* stopped out @ $1.49)

but this can actually be done since PTOI first traded (2009)

but clearly this last round (18 months) is rather *notable* re: resets r possible

that has a *trading float* of 60M to 66M ... during the same time frame

what is the *value* of 37M to 62M PTOI shares?

YOY %s go *positive* b4 the EO this year ..
time line gets very revealing by 3rd Q's filing in mid Nov 2014

and since it's my belief that this *entity* never expected P2O
to *survive years' of attention* .. let alone continue to execute

imo it will be a very revealing next *round* that gets underway
because PROs' took PTOI >> too low

PROs' $gross stupidity coupled with egregious greed has made for
excellent opportunities for those who *recognize* 'da rigged game
