ACHN - Could doubters be really wrong about its nuc efficacy ?

Yes, any doubters on ACH 3422 efficacy or safety will be proven wrong in the next few weeks when the POC trial results are released.

I expect a log 10 viral reduction of 3.5-4.5 at the 300 mg or 500 mg dose QD over 7 days, and no toxicity.

I have had no doubts about 3422 for many months now and have posted here that it will make ACHN the PRIME buyout candidate in the Hep C space!
