We had a woman in our city who recently was walking her 5 month old German Shepherd puppy. A car pulled up, a guy jumped out of the passenger side, with a gun I believe, took the puppy and they sped off. I just have a sinking feeling the puppy may be used as a bait dog to teach the Pit's how to fight...
