Teq, you missed the point from WIV
WIV pointed out that my multiple (10) was NOT based on 1 year...........I lumped it into 2 years with total combined sales. So you would need to lop off 50% of my guess-work calculations.
I did a spell check..............They did correct the typo from compete to the proper, complete.
I wonder if they learned the error from me or from within the company? Either way, it is fixed.
i do agree with your scenario about the "Whack a Mole" approach at EPA. However, their job is to avoid any mistakes and be sure that the decision for clearance does not come back to bite them, or the company.
Being safe is better than sorry. It is just too bad that it has to take so long.
Perhaps the last Teleconference was just that concept of "more questions." If we are lucky, it wil be the last of any questions and they will rubber stamp the application.
