Joe ~ The label of you being a "public figure" did not originate with me, as we've discussed in the past. As you know, I furnished you with the documentation and contact person regarding that, awhile back. You know who to contact if you disagree. I can't help you with that apparent problem.

As for information that you claim to be adding .... in reality, as the plantiff in the case, you are continually asking for answers to your questions because you apparently don't have those answers and are looking to get them from posters on this penny stock message board. That is beyond strange.

why was I not converted and why were and others converted....who were they and how are they entitled to conversions under 144 when most likely they were not eligible

Are you really hoping someone here can or would furnish you with those answers? If that is not your hope ... continuing to plead your case here along with repeatedly asking these questions continues to sound increasingly weird, Joe. So far, I've seen 0 results from that effort. Isn't this a slam dunk case? If so, it's sure not sounding like it. I think it would be smarter to just plead your case to a jury and let the answers to your questions be uncovered in the appropriate place, by the appropriate people. Sorry, but again .... I would disagree that I am not a public figure...I am just an investor of another form than most here..
