One thing was incorrect in my last post

I stated as long as CEN starts business before the town enacts any MMJ regulations then its grandfathered is incorrect

CEN already pulled the correct permits to run an agricultural business and do light processing so since it was already APPROVED they can't go back and unapprove it hence grandfathered in
