I do not completely agree on this one cause the holders of convertibles take a risk as well, in the sense that when this company runs out of funding opportunities, there is not enough money in the assets to repay all holders of convertibles.
In fact, i find some trust in the fact that mr james has probably sold convertibles to people he knows. If he tries to not let them down, we can profit as well
