So - since the SEC has done nothing visibile,.... we can safely assume that there is no fire,..... and we don't have any actual evidence of any smoke either,..... just a bunch of unsupported conjecture and a laughably bad parsing of an E-mail of a year ago,...

SEC typically does a behind-the-scenes bitch slap that doesn't become public. Unless they find fire behind the smoke...

Thanks for the support for my assertion that there is nothing to the line of arguement that anything criminal or actionable is contained in this E-mail.
